Living a lonely life in self-imposed exile, retired performer Roland Spalding spends his days pondering who he used to be, and what went wrong. Estranged from his eldest daughter Anyssa, Roland's only contact to the outside world is his son Jack. Jack brings shocking news on what seems to be a typical supply run. As Roland's grip on reality diminishes, he journeys through his memories and former life to figure out where things went wrong.
